I put almost everything together myself, but I did need help with this. I couldn't hold the mirror in place while attaching it to the vanity. So you will need two people for the job. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the fact that there are not drill holes and you have to measure it out yourself. I don't own a drill, so I had to make the holes with some nails and a hammer. It takes time, but it is possible. I used measuring tape to measure each side and where the mirror will sit and I made marks with a pen. I used a Phillips head screwdriver with a very skinny end to make the initial drill holes where I marked them off with pen and once the hole was big enough, I used nails to hammer into the hole to make it big enough for the screws. It took a while because I didn't have a drill, but I was able to match all the holes up and attach the mirror. It's a really nice vanity and the stool is built well. The drawer is big enough to fit my hairbrushes and combs, hair products, and extra cosmetic tools I use. I keep my makeup in plastic drawers that are below the vanity on the floor. I have way too much makeup to fit inside the drawer. If you don't have a lot of makeup or you're using it for other storage, the drawer alone should be enough. It also has enough room on top for whatever you want to put on there. I have a makeup holder on the right that holds my lipsticks, brushes, and any other products I use. I store my hair spray, heat protectant, and dry shampoo behind that and on the left side I have my perfume. There's definitely enough room to keep things on top without making it look too messy.I NEVER write reviews but this is just too perfect to not acknowledge!! First off, the shipping was impeccable. They took such great care in packaging the vanity that if it even had a single scratch on it, I'd think it was my fault from opening it up in excitement. Second, the finishing in this is so pretty (I got the espresso color) and it matched my room furniture perfectly. It's the perfect size for having your personal space to get ready without having to reach everywhere for your make up and stuff. The stool is adorable and is very sturdy (I'm 5'6" at 145lbs). I'm completely in love with the tri-fold mirror because it adds such a nice and elegant look to the finished product. The assembly was SO FREAKIN EASY. I'm a 24 yr old woman and I've never assembled a single piece of furniture in my life. This came with the table-top and mirror and stool top all in tact. All you have to do is assble the legs to the stool and table. Then assemble the mirror to the table. It's dummy-proof and the instructions are so easy to follow. Took me about 45 min in total but I blame that on my Inexperience with tools. I'm sure it'll take a more experienced person about 20 min total. All in all, definitely worth every single penny !!We are very happy with this 2 piece vanity/mirror with seat purchase. It was fairly easy to assemble, and was delivered in a timely manner. It took maybe 30 minutes to set up, and the little wrench "tool" that you need in included in the box. This item is fairly priced, as most other vanity's I've seen cost quite a bit more. The other ones I seen were over $300 up to $500. I was not in a position to spend that much. I am very satisfied with vanity. I bought this for my daughter's 18th birthday. She was a little apprehensive at first about having a vanity. She was acting like she didn't really want it. But, after assembling it and attaching the LED lights that we also purchased on Amazon, she says she really LOVES it and is glad I bought it for her. Honestly, I see her in her room now applying makeup, and straightening her hair all the time. It's a nice change from seeing her on Instagram and Facebook all the time. Great buy. I would recommend to a friend. Actually, all my friends and her friends want one now.I had hoped to have this product delivered for my wife to open on Christmas & paid to have it expedited. Unfortunately FedEx lost the package at some point so it didn't make it here in time. The great people at Furniture of America kindly mailed me another one immediately and refunded me the shipping costs. The only stipulation was that I mail the other one back if it ever arrives. Their actions for something that wasn't even their fault were amazing. On top of all of that, the Vanity that I ordered is excellent in quality and looks beautiful beautiful in our bathroom. My wife loves it! I will definitely look to Furniture of America again if I need high quality furniture for my house.I like this vanity, except for the fact that it is NOT sturdy at all. The legs on both the table and the stool are super wobbly and will not sit straight no matter how many times I tighten them. I have even unscrewed and screwed everything back in. I'm able to sit on the stool fine but if you lean back or forward even a little you're going to fall on your butt.This may partly be because I have it on carpet, but I live in an apartment and my carpet is super thin....Not really sure if this is just the product I received or if all of them are like this. Otherwise it is a really nice looking vanity at a great price.Absolutely love this vanity set. Color is gorgeous and matched my bedroom furniture perfectly. The stool is very sturdy and the vanity itself is heavy and sturdy as well. My only issue was that there were no predrilled holes as it was supposed to be so that you can connect the mirror to the vanity table. I had to drill holes myself. Other than that I love it and would recommend. And it came a day early which was bonus.This is a great Vanity table! I love it! It took a little longer than I thought to get it, something happened during the shipment process but the company was very nice & helpful when I approached them about what was taking so long. It definitely requires 2 people to put it together, the mirror part is a bit tricky but any handy adult can figure it out. Worth every penny & worth the little extra wait to get it (I was informed that the shipping issue was not an normal occurrence.) Anyone looking for an affordable nice vanity I highly recommend this product!!Not durable and poor quality. The bench broke.
